i cant download TS or Xfire on this computer since they slow it down...but i do have a Xfire and TS account.

i will only use xfire since team speak slows down the computer way to much, hope thats enough to join :S

Well, I vote yes. Even if he doesn't have TS3 we still have a means to communicate with you. If it is a requirement hopefully if you get a new PC or "upgrade" your current PC you'd get TS right away.
