New rank

This probably isn't a good idea but I think we should build a rank higher then full member and lower then senior member because the clan is getting big people want promotions so you have to promote them and before you know it we will probably have a clan full of all staff.I remember when everyone was junior now everyone is full member. Idk probably not the best idea but I thought it would be cool.

No a clan full of full staff is not possible. We keep the member to staff ratio at a set number. I don't remember the number but that could never happen. Although that is a good idea, but we need the consent of all the staff for that.

I do like the idea. It could be used to separate the active members from the semi-active members. Instead of waiting a year, the requirement could be like 4 months or something. Although I have no idea what to call the rank.

No. You don't go up in rank like that. If you want to be staff you apply for it when your a full member and have the allotted time under your belt. You don't have to be staff. It goes Recruit > Junior Member > Full Member > Senior Member.

To explain something any full member may apply for staff that meets the qualifications. You do not need to be a senior member. Staff ranks are separate from member ranks.

I know thats not the point though we will call it prestaff because it is the highest member rank and the closest to staff you don't have to be it to get staff rank but its the closest to staff and the highest member rank maybe if you get the pre staff it will be after senior rank and if you get the promotion you can get some sort of extra right that only prestaff and staff get idk what maybe rcon password or something .

If it's made, it's not going to be called pre-staff, I can promise you that.

or like we have admins...mods...maybe like operator rank? or...something like that...

We used to do military ranks but its only fun for a little while and then it gets into a lot of hot water.

I say we pull Senior member up, and make it our "new rank" and then make the new rank Mentor or something along those lines.

Just a thought, why dont we do something like "dedicated member" and award that to only those who we think are dedicated. Not just been in the clan, but have shows that they have/do alot for the clan. I dont think we need a mentor rank :/ thats what we (staff) do..

I, for one, think that a year for a rank is crazy to some extent, so maybe one that is awarded to who ever we think is the right choice..

I wasn't saying for sure Mentor rank, it was a suggestion for a new rank. A more prestigious rank of some sorts. Much like you were talking about. (I agree, I feel it should be something like 6 months or so.)

I like Ctrifles idea but maybe we can make it after the senior rank or after full member rank,

Senior Rank will stay as it is one year requirement and the last member rank. A new rank would have to be in between full member and senior with a brand new name.

10 months? Senior member is 12 months. I was thinking more like 4 or 5.
