Because the lockette mod is currently down which we will fix.
There's a new rule:
Do not open any private chests or locked doors without your name on the sign other wise you will be banned from the server until the mod comes back online.

Well first of all can you get me whitelisted on the server please and second chest unlocked = getting hired to shoot people when they break in Milo O.o
