Servers have been temporarily taken down. We are going to discuss if they stay up or not.

they are back up now but that comment ^ was a while ago and the servers are lots of fun thanks

We don't lock topics unless they go DIRECTLY off topic, they're cleared applications, or they are just not needed anymore

Yes. Moderators level 1 and 2 can do such things, but only after permission from Head admins or officials.
